Could you explain the title to me? Maybe I just missed something, but I don't really understand the reasoning behind it, or why the first two letters are capitalized.

The meaning is hard to grasp the first time you read it, but after I read it multiple times I seemed to understand it better. The imagery is beautiful and really intense. Very well done. I like the ending especially.
