My, my, do I love this poem. Call this biased, but I can 100% relate to it. Nice poem - it tells a story, though not in a monotonous narrative sense. Fairly direct, not so ambiguous that it blows people's minds.

My absolute favorite line is "My eyes echoing my pain." VERY good comparison right there.

I can relate this poem to a more difficult time in my life. I love the fragmentation of your ideas-like quick thoughts flowing naturally into words.

Aww. Simple yet effective. The emotion in this poem shone through and I can totally relate too. Write on.
