I love that they're not really allowed to be together, especially as he's her boss, but they can't seem to help it. As for Melanie, well, i couldn't care less, unless she completely ruins the chance Rachel has with Drew. But then, he's supposed to be the potential rapist in this story right? I love how you're taking your time getting into that, by setting the scene and making Drew the 'good guy' in the mind of both Rachel and the readers. Will we get to see Drew and Rachel at ... were was it? Jake's? I'd really like to, coz i'm so taken by Drew. I think i'm partially in love with him myself! LoL. As always, i can't wait more of this. One can practically feel the sexiness radiating out of the computer screen. THAT is always a good thing. LoL. I've only known him for one and a half chapters, and he's already turned himself into one of my all-time fave characters. He's the suspected rapist too, isn't he? Makes sense. I can't wait to see how that comes about and why. He doesn't strike me as an actual rapist, but of course, i could be wrong. That would be heartbreaking though, i hope you realise that! Anyway, as always, i must ask for a quick update. I can't get enough of this story. ~Marie
Klyne 2007-12-17 ch 2,	abuseYou used "complement" when "compliment" was the appropriate term. "...but coming from Drew, that complement actually meant something." Just to let you know. Well...Drew is a bit of a tease, but unfortunately, his character is mildly attractive (still not totally taken by him since his suspected crime - assuming it is Drew you're talking about - is still looming). I wonder what type of rape he may have committed... If it was date rape, I'd seriously worry for Rachel, though obviously she'd be at risk if he's any kind of rapist. Ugh. I don't even know what to think about him right now. But awesome chapter.

Lady Knight 1512 2007-12-15 ch 1,	abuseThis is so cool. I love the opening scene being just and everyday occurance in the workplace. The regular meetings and faces. The 'hot' employee. The after work drinks. Love it. It's so normal in fact that it almost lulls the reader into a false sense of security. Perfect. I also love that this is a collaboration project. I've never read anything by Under the Influence, i don't think, so i can't pick out the different writers, but this is so exciting! Anyway! This is going straight to my faves so i'll know when it's been updated. I can't wait for more. Oh! And JennieMR, thank you for the birthday wishes. I had a great day, but i will admit, i think i may have had a TAD too much champagne. LoL. ~Marie

I hope the love interest turns out to be innocent, but...it'd be a major shock (well, only in the tradition of happy endings) if he turns out to be guilty. I wonder if he'll be a likeable character or if he'll give off bad vibes the entire time. Man, this is more exciting than normal, so I think you should update quickly.
