It seems to be less created and a little more rushed through. (no offence intended) I liked the part about the ashes in the wind and stuff, but this doesn't seem to have your usual quality spark in it... please post more soon =]

Nice cliffhanger. I can't wait to see where she goes or what she will do to find out what she wants to know. I love your story. It comes in such well written and crisp chapters that always leave me wanting more. PS- where did he/she go after she left her room? And will we find out later why he picked her to be his queen rather than someone else?

I think you've captured the mystery of Phael brilliantly. My only minor gripes are that you could maybe make the chapters longer? And by doing this develop the character of Ali a bit more? However I'm sure Ali will develop as you write more chapters so I'm just being very picky! :) Well done.

Katherine-the-greate 2007-12-20 ch 3,	abuseneat chapter. I love your vivid imagery and how it also lets the reader make his or her own picture of the area at the same time. The fog part is cool too. There were two parts of this chapter that I was a bit unsure about. His age is very vague. I can't tell if he is about high school age or more 13-15 age. To me the 13-15 age is pesky and the 16-19 age range is trouble-making (not that all people that age really are, I'm just generalizing). the other thing that I didn't understand is why he said, "What was that?"- does he mean 'what did you say?' or does he mean 'what is happening?' thanks for updating so soon =)
