The piece truly strikes a cord of beauty and eeriness. Although I try not to compare peoples work to other writers I will here because its one of my favorite writers. But as I read this I felt the tinge of Emily Bronte’s work on my emotions. Your descriptions are just so rich that it goes beyond words to where you can place yourself in the work itself, a scary thing sometimes. Overall a wonderful piece.
