Does this person need to be "punched in the face" or yelled at? Does this person deserve that kind of attention? I've been this kind of person at one point in my life, and the reason I was is because I didn't realize what the person (in this case it would be you) was going through, nor did I truly understand what they were thinking. Maybe you need to tell them that until they get rid of their prejudices and ideas of what's going on, and they need to stop thinking they know what's going on. Then they might start to understand, to "see what's right before their eyes."
