I enjoyed this tale. The plot and the characters were well done. However, I think that you needed to have the story more tightly put together and have a more even flow. The characters' actions should have held more weight to them too.

Some chapters drag on and while adding to the fun of reading, really were rather pointless. The descriptions should be a bit clearer and less like rambling.

Still, Lina and Brendan were quite adorable and their world is well-constructed and I can see it's machinations very clearly. Some authors fail to do this and it feels like you're watching actors against a blank screen. This is not one of those cases. The conflict is also genuine (outlandish sometimes, but genuine).

Overall, a very promising start.

LOVE all the stories that u write! it's so... romantic. and real .. but not realistic since its fiction... get wat im saying? no? well. it doesnt really matter since the main point is that I LOVE ALL of ur STORIES! (atleast.. the ones i've read so far. and i've read a couple[or alot?]. :P)

this story sounds really interesting and i was very pleased to see that there were others in the series, all with lengthy chapters...im very much looking forward to reading this series..and even checking out the other series!

So I went back and read Bryune after finishing Saphrone because Methysia was going to be about Jack Barnes, and I didn't really know much about him.

I think your summary detracts from the loveliness of the book. I really enjoyed it! It was really fun finding out about Brendan and Lina and how they came together, and of course, the whole Wolfe family dynamic was finally brought to light for me as well. And that certainly explains a lot of things. I thought it was really humourous at some points; the request thing was certainly both funny and shocking in the 'oh my god how ingenious' sense. I like how the three brothers are all so incredibly different, but are so loyal to one another. Even their family as well. And this is something that carries on throughout all 6 books - loyalty.

So the only reason this story doesn't have 40,0 reviews is because its rated M and doesn't show up on the updated thingy, right? that's only scenario that makes sense to me because this story is AMAZING. As in, I read it in one sitting amazing because I couldn't tear my eyes away. Dimensional, lovable characters, the MOST imaginative story line ever...honestly, i'm just in awe of this story. It's so ridiculously good! I really hope you do publish it one day...because it's definitely worthy of it. You could be the next J.K. :) I can't wait to read the next books!

I loved the story. I like how Brendan was flamboyant and so dramatic. I don't run across many stories with a male lead who has a flair for drama. I had a hard time prying my eyes away from the computer screen--the whole story, with all of the ups and downs, was riveting. Which is why this chapter disappoints me. I think it was rushed. I'm not sure why, but this chapter leaves me with the feeling that I've been short changed.

I love the beginning of this. It was so much like a fairy-tale bedtime story, that I think I am no longer able to read this as an unbiased reader. The last paragraph was the most fitting end to the most lovely beginning that I've read in a while. I love your books. If they came out in paperback form (I'm a broke college student who's a leech to her own parents' retirement), I'd save up to buy them. I'd probably have to buy them used, even then, but rest assured, I'd have them all at some point in my life--no matter how far in the very distant future that may be.

I thought your story was amazing and the plot of your story was very well planned out. It must be really hard writing a fantasy story, especially a series of them so i applaud you. I'm gonna go read the others in the series. Keep on writing cos your fabulous! =D

I loved it. Absolutely loved it! Which is different for me because I'm not usually a fan of fairytale happy endings in romance stories. I'm so glad Brendan didn't have to give up his dukedom - that would have ruined it. This way, it's a perfect happy ending. Now I'm going off to read the next one!
