I have a particular interest in this subject and you demonstrate a unique understanding of the art of being Evil.

The only suggestion I would make would be instead of using basic names for the authors of the suggested works you could use famous names from history or fiction. That would give the list a little more kick.

But all in all, fun to read.

This is alright, but I would advise you to be less general. Take a single point and elaborate upon it at length. Pleading insanity, for example. Go through the details of how to get away with it.

Or go into detail on everything. This is a fairly sparse guide for the aspiring villain.

Furthermore, the footnotes don't really work out. I didn't realize what the random numbers floating around were until I reached the end. Just remove them.
