I read the whole story today and found it a very compelling read. The influence form DC universe is obvious, but didn't detract from my enjoyment of your story telling. You put an amazing amount of detail in about the training without it being boring. This is a very well thought out story and extremely enjoyable.

I like this fic. Because it's still pre-slash it didn't make me all squeeing and bubbly over the pairing, but it's interesting and looks promising in the future.

I wonder a bit about how young you made Mark start in both his vigilante and day work. But I guess that young age is what made him spunky, challenging, and a cheer up for Sander. If he's 16 or 17, he'd have been in that angsty, hormonal teenage phase ^^

I hope you'll continue working on this story despite the small reviews you got. I can't wait to read it until year ten :)

interesting though I'm not a big fan of the superheroe thing. I'll continue to read. I think you're not doing too bad with it. Be careful though. it reminds me a little of batman already.

I'm going to have to read everything all over again, but that's going to be more of an enjoyable experience than anything else. I love Sander and Mark's dynamic, and the detail you put in each chapter. Can't wait for more.

And there's no way you can be blamed for such a long delay with something like that happening to you. A boy in my grade also recently found out that he was adopted (through a blood test in a bio lab). I guess, when a child is adopted from infancy, or from a very young age, it's just very difficult for the parents to tell him or her to find the "right time" to tell their child. It's rough. I hope everything turned out all right for you.

I find it completely amazing and awe-inspiring that anyone could handle a double life the way Lysander does. That being said, this story intrigues me a great deal, thus I will be sure to read more of it later. But not now because I still need my beauty sleep.
I'm looking forward to reading the rest, and the ending, whenever it may come.

It's so nice to see Mark happy and acting like a kid, it makes me smile.

I actually like the massiveness of this story. Each chapter kind of reads like an episode of a sitcom. A really good one. You get to see the characters grow and change, which is very cool.

And so the saga continues! Loved the vacation, they all deserved such a break and poor Mark, with the Walters guy.

In the last chapter, that was quite a dig you got in with DADT policy and is there any particular reason why you used the name Walters for the 'bastard' in this chapter, or is that just the apple fell from the tree?
