Toasty 2008-07-10 ch 2, anon.	abuseIT ATE MY REVIEW OF THIS CHAPTER! T.T I wrote so much and it ate it! Gr... Lemme see if I can somehow remedy this ridiculousness. -.- Summarily: Seth is awesome. I love how introverted and uptight he is. Clearly he needs to get laid. Total opportunity for Seth/Sean action, because, two words, Seth's obsessed. The contrast between Seth and Sean is awesome. Twins are just cool, and the stark division of traits you've set up is amazing. I really like the puppy analogy, because it shows how much Seth is manipulated by Sean and how he knows it but still tries to play like he's in control. Hopefully any reviews after this one now make more sense. If fictionpress eats this again, I'll shoot it repeatedly and then drown it. ~ KoT ~

Found you, CT! pokes you I'm glad you allow anonymous reviews, teehee, otherwise I'd have to borrow a friend's account or something crazy like than and then explain who I was and blah blah blah and it would get boring and complicated. So, anyway, I guess I'm supposed to be saying something review-ish, so... OMG! SO CUTE! Megumi ish teh adorablez! He needs a hug and a tutu. Teehee ^.^ Okay, now we put on our professional mask so we're actually useful. Hmm... Yeah, not gonna work XD There's nothing imperfect about it ^.~ Maybe I'll try a professional hat next time... I'm really looking forward to seeing any of the pages when you get around to drawing accompanying illustrations, and I will bug you to make you draw them. Consider yourself warned. Anyway, I'll flounce off and read the next chapter now. Expect yet another review for Chapter 2! ...well, I guess it's technically Chapter 1 if this is the prologue... b 2008-05-16 ch 10,	abusei keep mixing sean and seth up. i feel like sean is a more fitting name for a guy like seth, but maybe that's because i know a guy named sean who is nice but has a stick up his ass... XD not my fave chapter (sean's voice is too haughty for my taste ;P and his description of his suicide attempt is kind of weirdly matter-of-fact and monotone), but since i read the synopsis (gah i know the ending now! x_x) i can see that the relationship between seth and our little megu is subtly developing, and quite nicely at that. but why did sean kiss megumi anyway? argh weirdo! i've been wondering: your descriptions of japan are totally on the mark, so i'm guessing you either have a japanese background or have stayed there extensively? (or just watched a shit ton of anime. lol) btw, the other day i was perusing fpress and came across an author named anaroriel. she doesn't have much up, but her writing about japan in 'the love curse' reminded me of you, except you focus on describing japanese places and things while she described japanese society. just sayin'. anyway, enough with the non sequitur review. looking forward to the next chap, as always! ^^

I'm particularly looking forward to the next Seth bit... for some reason he's my favourite character. FYI, if you want more reviews you've got anonymous reviews disabled (which is the default FP setting these days... I remember when they didn't even have that setting). You'll get more reviews if you turn it on because sometimes people are too lazy to log in. b 2008-03-08 ch 8,	abuseman, yuki's pov makes me so depressed 'coz it's so real-- and hits WAY too close to home. (plus, i've gotten used to fluff on fp. x_^;) he still sounds a lot like seth, but i suppose he's a LOT darker since he hasn't had sean to keep him occupied for all of his life. i wish you'd been more detailed about the dinner with sean! but it also seems very like yuki to totally write off the one nice thing that happened to him that day. ;P i'm sure sean was melting into a little puddle inside. wonder how long he'd been waiting! and if the chapters keep going in the same order, the next one will be... megumi! yay! (i have a soft spot for him, but i do love every one of your characters :)
b 2008-02-18 ch 7,	abuse1. SEAN, CAN'T YOU SEE THAT SETH IS IN LOVE WITH YOU?! ARGH! that said, i love the seth angst. i know, it may not be what my mind is thinking it is, but still. the double entendre: that wonderful thing that made the last few harry potter books so enjoyable. 2. something about it may not be grammatically correct, but this is one of my fave lines in the chapter: "Life is a drug for me, it gets me high everyday, and yet...and yet today, and the past few days, the thing just hadn’t been working for me. I needed a higher dose, damnit!" 3. that was an excruciating wait! but well worth it. ^^ 4. in advance-- 'tanjoubi omedetou, megu-chan! i'd like to leave him a yummy birthday cake in his (wonderful!) donations box. what's his favorite flavor? chocolate? vanilla? strawberry? carrot? caramel? none of the above? (and can seth and sean feed it to him? hehe... i'm imagining the most awkward lunch scene ever. -_-;;)

I only update once a week so I tend to miss other's updates who update more frequenlty then I. However, I do like Seth's narraration. You have a knack for POV. Thank you for sharing this wonderful story with me. I shall be back next week to give you another review.
