I really like this story, the characters and their reactions seem so real. I have no trouble following their trail of thought and I like that. And you've written Matt to be really, really attractive; I'm smiling whenever he's in the frame. I like Julie too, and Cooper and Gabby and Jake. They all have personalities! Haha. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the cliché-ness of the plot at times- Matt turning out to be the cousin, and his being left at the altar. I think the story could've turned out a lot better if there had been a more interesting reason for their second meeting. But then I guess the wedding aspect wouldn't have been there...

Anyways, I noticed that you haven't updated in a bit so I'm really hoping that you haven't abandoned this! It's really too good for such a fate. Please update soon!

interesting story so far, love the fact that Matt's a fire fighter, haha. just one thing, i'm probably picky on this because i have issues but i noticed you shorthanded see ya to 'cya'. it's not a big deal, but i just thought i'd point it out in case it was overlooked! nothing critical, just pointing it out :)

Aww... I like this story. It has a certain je-ne-sais-quoi that I really like, and Julie's a generally likeable character. Matt's got some of the delicious male angst that always tugs on a gal's heartstrings, so I'm looking forward to reading more about them!

i really like the story so far. Not many out there bout fireman so its fun to read. I just wanted to point out that in each chapter you're missing a couple words. You might want to revise a bit more carefully or consider getting a beta. Other than that the dtor is great. I cant wait to read the next chapter

I love this story so far, but you do have a lot of typos. "Fiance" masculine; "fiancee" is feminine. "Don't worry, you'll get used to it" instead of "don't worry, you'll get used it to." Just a bunch of other little things.

(If you need a beta, I highly recommend Project Fiction's betas, and not just because I'm one of them. The others are all really qualified.)

So I've just read this story after reading your plug in Off the Ice. Funnily enough, while I had read your original OtI, I lost track of time and never noticed that you had written more works, haha. I have to say that I absolutely love this story above all else. This chapter was definitely my favorite, especially the scene with the guys' reactions to the food. It was extremely adorable. I sure hope that you continue to update this story since it has now become one of my most anticipated reads. I like how she didn't end up with the asshole Jordan and the scene where she decides to give him a real opportunity only to discover that he's a hardcore asshole reminded me of The Sweetest Thing. Can't wait till the next chapter!
