I decided that I will just write one massive review on not just the two parts of the finale, but the entire story in all

I've reached the end of the most amazing love story I ever read! I can't believe I read this all in one sitting! The relationship these two have was romantic, painful, but ultimately depressing. I didn't expect a happy ending. The entire story in general was one hell of an emotional roller coaster. From the first chapter to chapter 22, the characters changed almost entirely. They evolved and matured, but now it is at an end. I had a few concerns, like the fact there are no adults ever present or the relationship between Izzy and Ian...

There are so many unanswered questions!
Will Ian ever tell Toby the original purpose of the gun?
Will Toby ever know what Ian did after prom?
Will they ever find happiness?

I'm scared to know what happens after this. I really am. Like I said, happy endings don't exist. I don't know if you will update this, but that doesn't seem feasible, considering it hasn't been updated in 4 years. I just want to say, thank you for the story, I loved reading it. I hope this isn't the end of this story, I look forward to an update in the near future!

Toby's apology was beautiful. It was well-written, amazing, and original. This is one of the highights of this story! And it seems like I'm near the finale, just 2 more chapters to go! I really don't want this to end!

Ian possibly had sex with his psycho friend Izzy: CHECK
Toby doesn't know: CHECK
Izzy is still an ass to Maggie, despite being on meds to supress his violent urges: CHECK
Toby makes an attempt to apologize, then gets shut down: CHECK
Realization that Toby is trying to apologize when it was obviously Ian's fault: CHECK

Still rooting for Toby :(

Poor toby. What Ian did is far worse! And his pathetic comeback on why he gets jealous is because Toby is forced to disguise the fact he's gay by hanging out with girls! And Toby even came out to the entire school (it wasn't tht successful but it was a decent attempt) and Ian blew him off. And then he cheats on Toby by... possibly... sleeping with his deranged friend Izzy. Way to rub salt on the wound ian :(

That's cold... going out with your friend instead of his boyfriend. I understand it is social sicide, but Toby seems willing to make tht sacrifice! Seems like Ian isn't ready to make that sacrifice for the one person who loves him.

Yikes, Izzy is back and he knows the secret... *gulp*

I like how Toby only shows his true colors to Ian, like the fact that even though he's almost 18, he still is excited about opening presents on Christmas!

I think it''s sweet they are spending christmas break together.

But seriously, your story is GREY! There is no black or white! one minute you're rooting for Ian the next Tobias!? Sometimes Ian can be jerk, but it is understandable that he would be afraid of being in a relationship with his greatest tormentor. Then again, Toby pulled off a face heel turn and became a character who not only cares about Ian, but truly believes they have a shot in the real world together! This is one of the reasons why I love this story: Their relationship is struggling, it's almost real...

There is something seriously wrong with Izzy, really. Slapping Maggie across the face and shocing Ian down the bleachers!? Some friend. I'm sensing a future antagonist...

Wow, when i read this at the beginning, I thought it would be Ian wanting more affection, not the other way around. It kinda hurts to even read that Toby what's a more emotional relationship with Ian, a very essential part in every relationship that seems to be forgotten. Makes Toby look like the innocent sweet one in the realtionship. I can't believe I'm starting to feel for these characters. That is a tell-tale sign the author wrote a masterpeice.

PS I had a feeling Ian's favorite color is black :)

Aww cute. Their relationship is adorable! Their moods are always shifting. That's what i like about this story! One chapter life sucks for Ian, but Toby's presents just makes his life better! I LOVE IT! It's really heartwarming :')

Haha, Ian is a bit... dare I say, JEALOUS! Poor Ian, the sad and depressing life bus is coming around the corner... :(

These two really make a great couple! Opposites attract, right?
