Wonderfully sarcastic and a fresh read, indeed! Transitions between, er, "paragraphs" are a bit choppy, especially between 1st and 2nd but it's an easy fix. Enjoyable to read though short. I like it, almost as much as I like using fragments to review other writers. :).
