I know it been years... how time flies, but this is the first piece that I read once I came back.

You picked a subject dear to my heart right now, as a feel myself fall into this emotion.

The "fiery lengths" and "echoes in the resonance of memories" entrap me and remind me why I loved your writing so much.
I'm not entirely a fan of rhyme because sometimes it feels too forced but it flows alright here, and the pace works.

the story's nice, but the rhythm seems a bit forced.
