I'm confused. Is her name Elle or Lorelei? What exactly was her role in the past? I trust it will be explained in time. Very interesting start though!

I just wanted to say I enjoyed this story. I don't normally review, I didn't even have an account up until now because I don't write and just read the stories on this site...but I just wanted to say I liked your story and am starting to read the next one now :)

holy cow, that is one of the most descriptive stories I have ever
read from, ... from anyone!! It's amazing.

I loved it, of course! So very different than I pictured though. So very much more well written than I envisioned, you are indeed very gifted. Looking forward to the days when you get time for more!

I really enjoyed reading this. I liked the description of Duster – even the name of the place made it seem like a really grotty out of the way town. The way the bar man spoke added to the atmosphere of the place as well.

The chapter was a lot to read in one go – but I’m guilty of that too, and it did almost have a beginning, a middle and an end to it. And I don’t think it would have been as satisfying if you’d ended it sooner.

The way you’ve set the plot up and the background of your world is good too. The way we know enough to deduct what is going out, but still have questions that need answers was skilfully done.

I’ll definitely try and make time to come back and read more.

Herro. Well, glad to review this one again. And again, this is a good chapter. The whole possible concept of the cyfiend seems rather interesting to me. For some weird reasons, I suspect Madden's the guy behind this whole thing. Anyway, good fighting scenes here. I like the way you make Nathan and Lorelei not much of a big deal in combat. This is one thing that I always failed to do. :( Just a suggestion here: try not to put in too much comma comments here if you get what I mean. It could get pretty distracting. Instead, I'd rather you integrating the comma comments into the main text without the commas of course. Apart from that, nothing much to say. And yeah, glad to see your review for Circles of Arven. Herro. New reviewer here. :) Well, that was a good first chapter I've read here. Nathan seems to be an interesting character and the whole background story as well. I really wonder what's with the whole Roanaque and Madden issue. Obviously it's something serious lol! :D Well, basically, I think you could have done well with a bit of background info here especially about Roanaque and Madden. I'm a bit lost in the whole agenda issue tbh when I read through this. Apart from that, nothing to complain. And yeah, if you want to review me back which I truly hope so, go through my profile to see which of my works are officially dead and which ones are not. In this way, you can be sure you won't review wrongly. :)

First off, I have to say that this story really wowed me. I didn't expect much from the title and summary, but the story hooked me from the very first paragraph. Your descriptions are amazing! *is jealous*

terrific. I usually dont read stories that are a part of a series, but im really glad i decided to click on this.

chapter 1 was quite the roller coaster. Do we have a case of amnesia here? or just a very cunning outlaw. Nathan is a cool character. I like how he seems to be outside of the ideals of the general world around him. Great chapter, can't wait to keep reading.
