I like the line about there being 'no lover like the bottom of a bottle-' it's a good insight into an alcoholic- I thought. I think you go off on a tangent and forget your subject a bit too often for my liking- the stanzas about alcohol are all fine, but some of them are incredibly random Some of the rhymes you used were a bit tenuous...I don't know if you actaully wanted to make sense...but I have never landed a tail or greeted a jail so I couldn't know what it was like.
