Hey Missy, glad you reviewed. I know what you're going through with high school but that is nothing until you turn 21, what I wish right now to be back in those days... not really but you get my point! Adulthood is very challenging but I wish you luck with all those scholarships and college letters. Make sure you go for the grants and as many as you can, extra curricular activities help, any clubs you've been in and any extra help that you have done make you a great candidate to get more money. Jesus I sound like a college advisor... lol sorry. To the reviewing! This is simply beautiful and man have I missed your poems. I can see the images you paint clearly and they're quite refreshing. I'm glad that my words inspired you to write this one poem for us to enjoy and quite truly a masterpiece to add to your collection. Now don't stress yourself and take everything one step at a time... it can be a bit frustrating but keep your head up and watch out for opportunities that can benefit you on your way to college. The imagery here is wonderful, dear. Truly very descriptive and beautiful. Excellent job. The rhyme scheme flows gently. It's almost as if the poem itself simply exudes a calming effect. Wonderful poem, love. Keep it up and keep writing!
