Very well done... the rhyming is really well done and it has a great message described really well.. I like how you go back and forth from who he is to what he does for us

Two things:
He makes us whole and cleanse us from our sins.. cleanses
I might work on the formatting... some of the lines especially the third one is really long, which kinda throws off the flow...
