This was very interesting... Very nice. I know exactly what you're talking about too. Maybe not about school shootings, but about how bad things aren't supposed to happen on sunny days. The worse thing I can remember is September 11. It was like that for me, all slow mo and what not. It was a sunny unusually warm day too. Bad things aren't supposed to happen on sunny days.

I had an idea of what was going to happen right from the beginning, but the ending was still so...wow. I love where you ended it, how you left it up to reader's imagination, and how the last lines tied back into the beginning. Really beautifully done.
