Same as in Evolution, I really liked the straightforward language. And I thought it had great rhythm, too..some alliteration kept it flowing. Like in "purple plastic cup", "unoriginal and uninteresting," "potted plant." Very nice job =)

Oh celeste I loved it. I mean is such essential and fundmental poetry; profound, beautiful lines about a poted plant. The way u describe it, the poignant lines, expertly evokes your point; I found myself thinking about potted people so to speak. And i wonder, is the pot really happy if that is all it knows, and then if u only think u are happy because u don't know better, are u really happy? Oh it is just lovely. Short, sweet, poignant, and thought provoking; poetry at its best!
