I love that first line, and all the rest of it.

"Ellis, oh, Ellis. In a bell jar you breathe out your own failure, you bleed it out slow, ten minutes to chop out your veins with a knife like your tangible, plasticized defeat."

I read this a while ago but didn't leave a review because I'm a failure, basically. But I really love, love that line. Its perfect. I really like this, your teacher is silly, because I think its wonderful. You write better than most authors. I really wish you'd publish something. You should absolutely try. :)
