I think it is called processing. Males tend to do it after being told something important, and it usually takes time, the last thing that is needed in a situation like that. Be patient. Dont be too engaging for the next couple days and see if he comes around. If not, THEN ask him why.

I have no idea. This is odd. I've had this happen but I wont tell you why she was doing this. You should ask her when you no she/he can't get away. Best of luck
