| Detox 2008-02-23 ch 1, | abuseI don't normally read spiritual poetry so I thought since I'm doing a Review Marathon (link in my profile) that I would read more of it. This is very deep I like how it kind of questions the reason behind why people are religious but sometimes not happy even then. I think you should shorten up those long lines though they're a little wordy and stand out a lot compared to the rest of the poem. I always find myself liking the end lines most when I'm reading poetry and that's the case again now. Your's is very honest and it's raw, when I read it I was just like, "wow" because there was nothing else I could think of to begin to explain it...but yeah very good poem. |
