Risa Shayde 2008-08-17 . chapter 1Ah, the rebellious teenager. Or perhaps...the nonconformist? (I however, am putting my money on the former. Because to me, it sounds like MANY of my diary entries.)
I love the last two lines, "Watch me...as I disappear." If you sya it over and over again, it's like a sort of twisted version of a magic trick. And I love how everything stems from "You can't do that". Brilliant. |
 doctor's diagnosis 2008-02-25 . chapter 1Yay! Opening with a quote. Love it. :)
I really like this poem, I get it. People think I do everything just to be contrary, but I really just have a different opinion.
"Then watch me as I am silent/When you expect me to speak."
That's probably my favorite line. Everyone thinks of me as the loud mouth crazy girl, but when I'm in a sullen mood, I get quiet and people don't get that I just can't bring myself to fake it enough to be who I'm always pretending to be. It makes me think if I'm always pretending, and who I would be if I wasn't.
Back on track, the last line is killer. Love it. It fits well, but adds that extra kick.
Cheers,
