| xEmoMuffinx 2008-02-26 ch 1, | abuseAh, you've uploaded this. It's about a year old, and it sure brings back memories. This is the reason 'nutt comes first in English. ;) *u* It's so pro. |
| Luny Loona 2008-02-26 ch 1, | abuseIsn't there a part where he throws himself onto the couch and cries? Again, well-written, but not like I can criticise it if the teacher fell head-over-heels in love with it. |
| Taltush/MeiMei 2008-02-26 ch 1, | abuseI like it. Quite a bit. It's got a nice, personal touch to it in that the character clearly conveys emotions and feelings. The writing style is clear and understandable. Of course, that you're taking such a difficult topic and writing about it so well is very impressive, because as you right, "we are all united", and despite the years, your piece is touching. I do, however, question the title - why write this American date in the European fashion? Most may not recognize it as the mentioned date. Either way, nice job. |
| jellywelly 2008-02-26 ch 1, | abuseThis nearly made me tear. I was in grade 4 when the two towers were hit. I remember it all so clearly... At 9:30-ish, my teacher brought a tv into our classroom so that we could see the actual footage of the 2 towers collapsing. It was horrible. And then after, all the kids in Toronto were sent home for early dismissal after the attacks. Anyhow, this is such a great story for people like me to understand the actual pain of losing a loved one - especially when you did not at the least expect it. Thanks xox, killerqueen-hearts. |
