Good work here. As I mentioned in my last review I can see that you're not completely comfortable with these new poems for your writing class. But that's good! It means you are outside of your comfort zone, something essential for a poet to grow and develop themself.

Try writing some poems in styles or on subject matter that is new to you, but that you are completely comfortable with if you find yourself unsatisfied with your newer writing class poems. Why I don't take writing classes is because I'd like to sort out my artistic talent and poetic voice myself a little more before challenging myself. But to each his/her own.

Keep doing your thing and finding your way! This was a lovely poem. Good allegory, short, consistent and too the point. I can see you put some thought into it and it works well. It's always a pleasure to see my old friends writing and challenging themselves.
