| Billie.Joelle 2008-03-05 ch 1,  | abuseWow, this is a really moving story. I mean, I know it is a poem, but you did such a good job of telling your story inside it. My interpretation (which is probably completely wrong) is that you fell in love and gained confidence in yourself with this first girl, but when she left you realized that she gave you more than love, she gave you self confidence. When you returned home, you realized someone who had always been there but you had never recognized for what she was to you, and fell in love with her. When your family and friends recognized this they fought against you, but your newfound love and confidence saved you and others like you, and after fighting with these people, you fell in love all over again. But their fight against you proved successful and you lost your love, and your confidence. You tried to remember how to gain your confidence again, and turned to the first person to give it to you. So, how wrong was THAT? Anyway, I loved it. I think summarizing it here helped me understand it too... Very nice work. I'm impressed. |
