| Double AA 2008-07-25 ch 28, | abuseSo Kimmi's finaly defected, well at least chosen to defect. If she lives... We see more of Robert, and he's starting to puzzle out what Charlies up to... sorta... And Jade's being all depressed cuz all her friends are dead, and it seems like there's no hope of winning the war, and and she doesn't get a super power too... What's with all theese super power thingies? Can I have one? I know I'm not in the story, but still, PLEASE! |
| Reaper 2008-07-25 ch 28, | abuseAwesome. Violent beatings, paralell universes and lack of vacations! Just needs some sauce and oavlova to make it better...and some cake. And Belgium. ~Reaper |
| Silent Will 2008-07-24 ch 28, | abuseWow, that was quite a chapter. Kimmi got her butt kicked, that's for sure. But she "willed" the Remote to herself just as she was about to be finished? Those powers again? I still don't recall hearing an explanation on them, yet. And that last part had me thinking. Is that whole parallel universe thing really going to come in this late? I mean, when times are looking this desperate I don't think you'd have a character mention it for no reason. Anyway, that sounds like it has some potential, just as long as it doesn't turn into something lame, like moving to every starting universe with Charlie and making sure she is never born. That would be kind of anti-climactic if something like that happened. (although I'll admit after the way I ended StSII, I don't have much of a right to criticize endings for being anti-climactic) Things are really heating up now. |
| R.E.D. the animator 2008-07-24 ch 28, | abuseDarn you Charlie! Didn't your mother ever tell you not to play with your food before assasinating it for your benefit? That's the fault of every evil genius ever! They never bother to kill their prisioners practicaly. If Charlie had the abillity to cause unimaginable pain in whoever she wanted, then it would be easy to simply burst a small artery in a victim's brain and kill instantly with no sign of murder. Oh, and you brought up that little story about Bob. Except in mine, Bob get's devorced and his kids, who would have become great people, end up going to jail or being crazy. |
| Reaper 2008-07-20 ch 27, | abuseOh snap...talk about your standard all over mind fuckery. An excellet chapter that could only be better with the torture of...some...guy. Interesting with Kenzi seeing dead parents. Was she hallucinating? Or was all that stuff her actually connecting with the dead...and then gain Charlie like powers? ~Reaper |
| Double AA 2008-07-19 ch 27, | abuseSo Kimmi is defecting. I'm sure if she wanders around Canada long enough she'll find something. Well no, there's nothing in Canada. Maybe Jon can take her to one of their baces... Anyway, good chap. Thomas finaly dies, Charlie's perfected her war cry, and Kenzi is screaming at her dead perants that she killed. |
| Silent Will 2008-07-19 ch 27, | abuseWell, that was certainly an intense chapter. Thomas gets butchered, and then that scene with Jesse and Kimmi happened. I'm really starting to wonder if ANYONE is going to get out of this story alive. I mean, it's just been one person after another getting axed, and the end still doesn't seem to be anywhere in sight. And there still a lot of questions that I thought would have been answered by now...like the canisters and the weird powers? Hm...perhaps there's a connection? (eh, probably not) |
| R.E.D. the animator 2008-07-19 ch 27, | abuseOoh-hoo-hoo! PLOT TWIST! I didn't see that one comming! This changes everything. Oh, and I think I figured out what those canisters do. They make Kenzi trust Charlie. Poor Kimmi. What am I saying?! Kimmi killed John, darn it! Although he was annoying, you don't just kill a main character and get off scott free. I feel Katlin isn't going to be too forgiving of that. |
| Silent Will 2008-07-14 ch 26, | abuseWhat a way to end a chapter. After all that gore and people getting killed, that last line made it sound like things were just opening up. And somehow I doubt Dan will be the last one who should be kicking the bucket. Speaking of characters who should die soon, we haven't heard as much from Charlie these past few chapters. A big fight's going on and she's nowhere to be seen? (Okay, so she's appeared a few times, but not as often as she appeared in earlier chapters) What kind of final confrontation is it when the big baddie doesn't fight? ...no, no, I'll take your advice. I'll just sit back and wait. I'm sure you know what you're doing. |
| R.E.D. the animator 2008-07-14 ch 26, | abuseDarn that Jon! When will he learn that you can't handle three women at the same time?! I can't even handle ONE woman at a time. He should have realized the consiquenses of helping a Seminary Ganger, like the first time when he killed Thomas' girfirend. I still suspect that that's going to come back to haunt him later. And as for Jen, i totally relate to her. I mean, what can be more fun than slaughtering all your friends? I personally kill about five every morning just to get myself awake. Poor Dan. He doesn't know what's about to hit him. So I'll give him a hint: ... ...IT'S JON! -RED |
| Reaper 2008-07-14 ch 26, | abuseThat was awesome. Explosions, murder, death of main character, revenge on main character...all it's missing is a guy driving an ice cream truck (Good times). ~Reaper |
| Silent Will 2008-07-11 ch 25, | abuseHm...this chapter seemed a little on the short and uneventful side. At least we now know everyone else pretty much knows Kenzi has been getting manipulated. Perhaps everyone could eventually be turning on Charlie, or Kenzi could make a dramatic turnaround by the end? |
| Reaper 2008-07-10 ch 25, | abuseAnd Brian (Simmons) here is in charge of confetti. - COME ON! Good chapter, even if nothing got done aside from pretty much throwing the free will of Kenzi out a window, like throwing random encounters into a linear game. ~Reaper |
| R.E.D. the animator 2008-07-10 ch 25, | abuseAt first, this chapter seemed like a cellebration. But the chapter title is the same as the title to the first Halo level where you first play Master Cheif, which suggests that there is a WHOLE LOT still to come with this story. |
| Silent Will 2008-07-07 ch 24, | abuseI think you know what I'm going to talk about by now. Which is precisely why I won't mention it. All I'll say is: can't wait to see how it all gets finished up in the next chapter or two. (Or heck, maybe even the next three or four) Kenzi didn't sound too happy, though. And as your two other reviewers for this chapter mentioned (as well as the characters at the end of the chapter) it sounds like there are still some unanswered questions. Seriously, how long before we learn more about those weird powers? And I'm really looking forward to seeing how this trilogy all comes to an end. |
