Mm...well done, both on their characterization, the absolutely fucked up realtionship they had...and how Kenny finally becoming 'romantic' and non-abusive was what made Trevor kill himself. Kenny attempting to find that relationship again in the other boy, and not finding it, was great.

I don't think I've ever read something so hard-hitting. Sometimes I felt the dialogue was a bit iffy but otherwise I can't think of one thing I'd change about this. It was believable, which is a feat considering the topic and just, seriously, wow.

Their relationship was incrediable, twisted but incrediable. And what you did at the end was perfect. Kenny finding a replacement, that was possibly the most perfect way to end it. I feel kind of hollow on the inside but this was worth the read. Well written and well executed.

I think, if I could pick out the lines from this that really stuck with me, I'd be here forever. But from the moment I read your summary, I got the impression that this was going to be moving at the very least. And I was understated.

I can't think of a more...powerful piece of literature that I've read recently, nor one that really made me feel so upset after finishing it. No criticisms. Just a vague feeling of loneliness after finishing this.

That was incredible, so horrible and twisted - crude but it hits the reader (me! :D) so hard. It's so cruel what happens to Trevor - cruel but an amazing ending.

It's sad too, wonder if the odd 'love'(??) they had for each other would have lasted even if Trevor didn't off himself or Kenny didn't start being gentle.. -thinks hard about story-

It is so very perverse a story, with no sugar coating what so ever. I don't quite know how I feel about this story, but one thing is for sure; it made me feel quite un-settled. I can't exactly pin point nor rationalize why I don't hate this story..I just...it's going into my favorite for a future re-read. Maybe.

Yup, I am glad that you have never bothered to sugar-coat this story. Kenny and Trevor are really tough guys, but their love is simply amazing.
