Reviews For: Vultus Ut Caeli

Morte d'Amour

ch 2,
I completely forgot to ask you in my previous review, so I'll ask now. What does "Vultus Ut Caeli" mean? It sounds pretty cool, but I have no idea. I'm thinking it's Latin, though.

Hmm, I'm wondering if this prequel will take us all the way to Alan's memory of the time when he was turned (only in Tate's POV) and then end there. That would be a perfect way to end it, but then again that's only my thoughts.

But anyway, this was a great, albeit very sad, chapter. You make Tate's life seem so real! As I read this, I pictured my mental visual of Tate talking to me about his life. All the words flowed smooth and naturally that way. I couldn't help but feel sympathy towards him. So far, Tate seems to be a very closed individual who doesn't desire any other contact with people. This makes me wonder at what point he changed this attitude and made him want to become friends with Alan. Hopefully you'll guide us that far through his memory lane. So far, however, you're doing a great job. :)

ch 1,
Yay! I'm so happy that you've finally started to post the prequel and second sequel. I would have reviewed the day I received the alerts, but alas, I've been mucho busy with school work and end-of-the-year stresses. I'll definitely read the second sequel next weekend, once my exams are over with.

But anyways, although rather short, this was a wonderful prologue so to speak. The imagery you set up was fantastic. I'm very curious about where you will take this. I've been so used to Alan's POV, and now I finally get the chance to learn more about Tate and his mind.
