i really liked this story. I liked how the characters emotions are express by simple body language instead of heavy dialog. Its a very unique story. =]

There are two types of stories I love - the ones where the main character is lost in the middle of nowhere (or in a small village, caravan in the middle of the desert, whatever) and the fantastic/fairytale-like stories. You have both ! Hurrah !
