Made me think of the song "Fantasma de la Opera" by Anabantha. Cool song..No, the writing in this was a lot better than it was in your previous story. Though the spin on Romeo and Juliet was entirely too funny :)

my favorite word usage, "his anger DISSOLVED into self-pity." Perfect, i stopped and thought about the perfection of taht phrase. anyway, great summary of phantom of the opera, i take it you're fluent in french then, which is awesome.
