Hold all around me and the... past tense seems wrong

You don't need to yak your mouthes off to the person next to you... mouths.. also I think that line is a bit long

I love the parts in parenthesis and the idea of whole piece... I have thought things like this a lot.. I also like the three lines beginning with every.. one thing in the beginning I might not use conversations twice.. I might use discussions or something
