Aww! Poor Vinny! I almost cried too.

I've read the first half of this story, and though I never got around to leaving reviews, I'll be leaving reviews for every chapter of this one.

Oh, fun, the start/continuation of the story!

I like how this chapter doesn't lose a reader who hasn't read the prequel (even though I have), and yet gives everyone insight into Vinny's character. Not too short, and not too long either.

Woot! The prologue was really good! I was kind of surprised that Helena knew about her real parents and things like that but just blocked out everything. I felt really sad for her and Vinny. Helena because she was so young and then being told her parents aren't her real parents. Vinny because he kind of lost his best friend that day.

Please hurry and update! I can't wait!

Cool. Really happy to see this new beginning. It's a great prologue, but personally, I can't wait to get back to the present and see how things are going in Exultia, or wherever they are.

I got a question. About that witch in the last chapter of the other story. Will Vinny be the one that is close to death because Helena falls asleep? And what if Vinny kisses her before she falls asleep?

The prologue is promising but how could it not be when it has such a great story behind it.

This is pretty interesting. Now we know why Helena stopped calling Vinny by his name and the origin of his sarcastic nature...well, sort of. I like this as a first chapter to the second book. I can't wait for more of this book. I'm so excited!

skiphop! first off, /congratulations/ on finishing book one. i /have/ read it, it's just been so long since i last reviewed that i need to collect my thoughts before i leave a proper review. or else i think i'll say absolutely nothing worth hearing. i'm so excited for you, haha. this is so thrilling. i don't think i've ever followed an author through a multi-part story. aanyways. this chapter - it's great. just great. i really like how you found that perfect length - it's short enough to draw you in & then spit you back out again. it gives enough detail that it's not boring, & yet it won't leave someone completely lost. because you know how people are with reading prequels. sometimes they just - don't. lol. you wouldn't believe how excited i got reaading your a/n. because vinny is one of the characters in this story that leaps off the page. er, screen. anything about him is good. i mean, we always knew there was a reason he's the way he is but now that it's actually being explained ... god, it makes so much sense. the scene, that is. it's just very realistic & natural. i adore vinny anyways. haha. okay, i've prattled on. lovely work. can't wait for the next chapter :) & you will be hearing from me on prelude eventually. promise you that.
