Written 2008-10-10 ch 10,	abuseI love how you describe the gods' beauty and stuff. it seems so real! and much like what I thought meeting them would be like :) like... awesome. in the literal sense of the word. and yet they can also be so petty and uncaring. SIGH. so, she kind of died, but its not a big deal? or something. Apate is interesting. I cant wait to see more about her challenge! well done :) I love reading this story. you are seriously great.

The Red Mouse 2008-10-07 ch 10,	abuseThat was really cool. Now that I've studied mythology for school, this makes a lot of sense. I really like this challenge, somehow it seemed the easiest... but I wonder if that's just an Illusion.
Pointy Objects 2008-10-07 ch 10,	abuse“Who's Apate? Is he another god, or something?” "She's one of the spirits that idiot Pandora released. Deception.” Ha! That's why I love Greek Mythology! it all intertwines and flows together. I love it! And yes, Pandora was an idiot. She kinda ruined it for anyone else with estrogen in this world. Yikes...I'm really feeling for April here. Beofre I thought that at least SOME of the deities would be on her side, but after her conversation with Apollo (another favorite of mine...), it doesn't seem like she's got anyone on her side. What I'm wondering, is why Apate materialized herself to April (when she first saw her...at the glass mountain) and then she vanishes, and then tehre's a voice, and then you have Hades, and then Hades turns into Apate. And then she disappears. I know she's depicting deception, but it seemed like she was playing "Guess Who" with the poor girl. "Am I HAdes? Am I Apate? Am I a diembodied voice calling to you from the fog?" I wish they'd cut her some slack. But at teh same time, I'm glad that they're not. I think that throughout this journey ful of challenges, she's going to grow a lot. Love it, love it, love it. Excited for the next chapter! -Pointy_Objects

A part of me wants her to succeed, but another wants her to fail...I'm sure I'm not alone in this respect...I hope Hades changes to the point that April can see herself by his side. Can't wait for the next installment. :)
