But it's also your fault for being such an exquisite writer. Poor Cornelia. Now she's got to go steal some chalice for that creepy sorcerer dude. The dark feel, character developments, plot threads, the mix of action and fantasy, it's all done well! Congratulations for being one of the few authors that don't depend on the romance (or a thinly disguised romance) to drive your story. Also, I can't emphasize how much I love your characters, especially Cornelia. She doesn't have the "I have deep-rooted insecurities that will draw out the kind, loving side of a former rake" cliche that too many fictionpress stories have. Thanks for being creative and overly fluffy-romantic!
Em Wolf 2008-06-11 ch 15,	abuseHm, now I'm really starting to wonder what happened in Cornelia's past, especially with regard to Ambrose. I love how you just give us little snippets at a time instead of an entire chapter dedicated to a flashback, though the suspense is killing me. And will Gabriel ever recover his sight fully? And if so I wonder how that will change the dynamic between he and Cornelia. All in all, good stuff as usual. Can't wait for the next update!

I was a little disappointed with Cornelia's reaction to Hendrik's transformation. I guess that I was hoping for a fight that led to other, more pleasant, activities. But that is just wishful thinking on my part. Oh, and how come Cornelia didn't react to him as being a marked one. Does she have to make skin to skin contact? Anyway, loved the long chapter, can't wait till the new one comes out. Until next time!

Renzi 2008-06-02 ch 13,	abuseWow. I've been gone for so long and there was like four chapters to read! Very good, I was amazed at your creativity with the lastest monsters. And I can't help shipping Gabriel and Cornelia, so I liked the whole kiss scene... yeah. Fav character? The first answer that popped into my head was Gabriel, but then I think that I like Diego too, so I'm not sure, probably Gabriel... there's just something about him that makes me want to hold him... Wow that sounded lame, but yeah. That's ok. Can't wait to read more!
