Not sure whether the "is" (lines 10-11) is meant to be split up. It might be a typo, and I think it would be better as one word. Imogen ps. sorry I haven't reviewed previously. Got bogged down with life.
from beneath the bell jar 2008-03-18 ch 1,	abuseVery well-written. There's an acerbic bitterness to this that I appreciate. The silent tense car ride seems a very appropriate scene for this piece. Very descriptive language - lots of good imagery. Loved the bit about the words being bullets. Also really liked the second to last stanza. Once again, I really like the tone of this piece - bitter, but regretful.
