I really found this poem to have a ton of unorganized, though incredibly meaningful lines. The heartfelt concept of love even after passing gives this poem depth and intensity. You performed well when crafting this poem.

I did find a lot of the ideas you state to be random and a bit messy. However, these ideas came together at the end, forming a strong climax.

This is a very good poem with plenty of meaning and staying power, just as the subject matter concludes. If you could organize the beginning a bit better, it could be even better, but even as it is, this is very well done. Excellent job.
