this is really touching. i can connect with this so much. just reading this sends shivers down my back. i think this really describes me and how scared i am that something similar will take me over. i think going through this inspires a lot of the things i write and in return -- gives me some amazing poems. . . but going through it isnt too much fun. i think you really got this poem right. keep doin this.

I liked the ending, it was very striking. A clear thought of what goes on in one's head when thinking the world doesn't care. The structure is interesting, and part of what makes the ending so powerful is the use of few syllables in the last few lines just before the last one then BAM more syllables again.
