great poem. the meaning behind it is great and just the message it conveys is good. solid piece.

Absolute brilliance. The lines screamed and spoke. As a word of advice you may just want to change the spacing (put a blank line in-between each) so that way the reader has no choice but to linger on that previous thought. I especially loved the line "still, we hid stolen kisses, secret caresses under cover of darkness".

Listening to My Heart Will Go On and reading this- this amazing poem is doing nothing good for my braincell (you know how it tends to have breakdowns). The ending is the most powerful, I think. I hate society, morality and humanity. Write a poem about that, why don't you? ;P
