I really enjoyed reading this story. Its sweet and sexy and a little romantic. If there's more I'd be interested in reading it.

This is so really good. Not only is the story really sexy, but in a few chapters, the whole taboo about pedophilia is approached, the veil on elderlies' sex life is lifted and some clichés about 'black' people are addressed too. But above all, the fact that this relationship is very much like one of pederasty in ancient Greece makes it all the more worth the read : it was like reading a diary written by an eromenos or something. And in eight chapters only! It's amazing. And touching.

You were right, you did manage to make a cute story out of a pedophile! This story was unexpected, I mean halfway through I was like "Aww, they are so gonna end up together, fuck going back home" and then Evan came back. It was actually really cute, another story down...eight to go haha

Hah, I read this one forever ago too.

The end is hilarious... What kinda dude brings his boyfriend to get screwed by a fatherly like figure that you sorta... sold your body to... I think Ryan lost his mind somewhere along the story.

His sisters must have a VARY different view of him after that trip.

Dude, I just heard the line 'I can show you how to hump, without makin' love' I should really stop listening to Hollywood Undead. You tune into the strangest things. XD

Finished. Aw, this was so cute. And educational! Not only did I learn new vocabulary (yay for frottage), I learned some anatomy and sailing things. Thanks for doing the research! I didn't quite find myself sufficiently interested to pay attention to the motorcycle bits but I was trying to keep track of what they were actually doing in the boat at different times. Didn't manage to hang on all the time but learned something nevertheless.

And Sno got all cuter as the story progressed. Aww. The finishing touch was just dreamy.

Minor nitpicks: Sometimes, the tense fluctuates in the story. In ch. 1, it's mostly past tense at first, like "He threw me a plain white t-shirt." but after a - transition, starting "After dinner, ..." it turns to present tense ("he says") before shifting back to past tense; early chapter 7 it's present tense for a moment again, but ch 8 starts in past tense before the whole story ends in present tense again. Smaller bits: ch 3: "He says if that if the salt water dries on your skin, it'll itch like crazy." - this is true, but it sounds a bit like Sno said it in you-as-in-narrator ("...dries on my skin..") and not in you-passive. "THAT isnew." - is new, ch 4: "be marooned all by yourselves my country" in, ch 6: cloths off - clothes.

I don't generally leave reviews before I'm done with a story one way or the other, but I just got off a chapter break and was coming to review other stuff and I just HAD to start with some pon-pon-waving woots: A good Stockholm Syndrome fic! Woohoo! Just wandered in through a favourite on Fictionpress, and got lucky.

I personally think male-male (or androgyn-male) may attract people who don't particularly swing that way because it's a bit more taboo (/naughty), and a bit feistier a power struggle maybe, considering the old tradition of submissive females. No deeper theory though; I personally like unusual relationships of pretty much all sorts because of the extra psychological twist. Or so I tell myself. ;)

This was a really good story. I’m glad that you finished it_ You had your main character mature from more of a little boy to more of a man and I always like to see characters grow and transform like Ryan did. You also had really good dialogue and description. It all seemed natural, none of it seemed forced. It was smooth reading I guess you could say. Also, yay! He got Evan_ I’m really glad that we got to see Sno’ again though. I got attached to him and I think you did a fantastic job of making us feel like Ryan did. I liked Sno’ and wanted him to be with Ryan, yet I wasn’t heart-broken and pissed when Ryan had to go back home and got together with Evan. Ryan became rather devious, that sneaky boy though, planning to have a threesome and teach Evan some things:) On a last note, I loved the last line of your story, ‘I’m a fucking genius.’ That was a really great way to end it.
