The first paragraph (well, actually, everything) is brilliantly detailed because I can picture this scene, you stewing in that hotel room, all the better. More specifically, I can see the tirade forming in your mind that was never delivered, but I can imagine you saying it with hackles raised.

And to further cement your genius, I think I need to ask permission to put some of these phrases on a bumper sticker :) Specifically "acceptance isn't limited to california and massachusetts."

Overall, it's wonderful wonderful wonderful. If you clean up the language (well, in the last line anyway), would you mind submitting this, even if anonymously, to Echoes?
