Hmm.

Some parts of this are all over the place and a bit wordy. But some parts are really good.

I like: "as innocent as a child in a little flowery dress with mismatched red shoes"
"drowning in pure guilt, delerious, I've never felt better" but you could expand on how you feel better.

I'd go though and cut parts you don't love or aren't necessary to the poem.
