it's a simple piece,
but i think i like it.
i really like how you used the words "pinpricks" and "labor"
though i think the ending "(like a mother to/her newborn babe.)" is kind of plain and redundant.
i also don't like the title much,
but this piece still is one i find interesting. the line breaks make it tons more effective.
