The fact that she prepares a dish to forget her troubles is also pretty interesting - I probably wouldn't have thought of doing something like that. The only thing that seemed weird to me is that she talks aloud to herself. =P Other than that, the grammar and spelling are good throughout, as are the descriptions. The ending line ties the story up nicely; I like how it ends on a positive note, that perhaps she will soon get over her troubles. |
