This is so sweet and touching. It's lovely but sad how the woman continues to visit him even in death.
One thing I would have liked is more description pertaining to the 'translucent character'. I thought you were a little vague there, and I really wanted to know what his ghost would look like. Would it look just like the living man, but faded and transparent?
