I don't know if you have depression or if something's going on in your life that brought on these feelings, but this piece expresses them very well. It's very real. I like the first part about the arms. One thing you need to fix is putting "too" instead of "to". Like in "To worked up to hear any of it", it should be "too". But other than, very good.
