| siphoned afterglow 2008-04-19 ch 1, | abuseYay, tess your first piece here! um, yeah the formatting is a nightmare. i had trouble with my first few pieces as well until i got it figured. when you're editing the piece, press Enter+shift after every line. hope that helps. let me know if that doesn't work out. to me, this piece was about losing faith religously or losing faith in people and circumstances. very relateable and of course stunning imagery dear. I just love these lines, 'As I follow the tracks of my own tears' 'Draw in the shimmer of blue smoke' hmm, i like the idea of breathing colours. it makes you think of so many things at once ;] 'Skin yawns open under the strain' haha, thats classic Tess poetry. and the last two lines were lovely too. the way how we always like the way others world always seems to be. great work |
