I used to really HATE haikus ('cause the only kind I ever read were the boring nature ones in my literature book), but poems like this really make them interesting:) It's quite simple, but beautifully so. Great job!

Oh, this is the sweetest piece of poetry I ever read. Nice use of imagery. The cat sleeps with peace, and it depends on us for everything. And here we are, the mighty human beings, who have everything except peace. Therefore, we tend to envy the ones who can take a nap without being worried. Great usage of words. I liked how you conveyed such a common feeling so beautifully through the words.

Oh, I love how you take something that is supposed to represent happiness [kitten] and twist your words until it's almost resentful in a way. I also love how that last phrase there is so bitter. I can actually FEEL the jealousy coming off in waves. Nicely done.

I think this is an absolutely adorable haiku. Sometimes, I envy my cat as well, other than their short life span. Keep writing :)

I love my cat, and she is very lazy, so i found it amusing other people think the same way i do. Childish, in a way, (no offense!!) It had a stops in it, and not one unpauseable 17 sylabols, so that made me happy to see.. Nice work.
