I love the ending it's very powerful and beautiful,

I would love to know if there was any special reason behind the italicised words. I love how this makes me think. To have to actually read this twice to truly immerse myself in this really impressed me. I love the beginning and the end the most because I can sense the spinning of a very interesting story. Poignant description and language. Love it.
